This is one of our most requested roasts. Medium roast, rich superior notes of milk chocolate, cream and filbert. Cultivated on the Shankar estate at about 3800-4400 feet. Washed and sundried on raised beds. Grown without pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers.
